Accepted Payment Modes
You can pay using any of the following:
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
- Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
- Net Banking — All major Indian banks
- Wallets — Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for select pin codes on orders up to ₹2,000
- No-Cost EMI — Available on select cards for orders above ₹1,000
Payment Security
We do not store your card or UPI details. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL and processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your bank may request an OTP or 3D Secure verification as an extra layer of protection.
Failed or Declined Transactions
If a payment fails, please check your card details, billing address, and available balance. No amount is charged for a failed transaction; any temporary hold placed by your bank is typically released within 3–5 business days. If money has been debited but no order was placed, contact us within 24 hours with your transaction reference.
Refund to Original Payment Method
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Timelines vary by mode:
- UPI & Wallets — 1–3 business days
- Credit & Debit Cards — 5–7 business days
- Net Banking — 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery — Bank transfer within 7 business days
