Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for a different size, colour, or variant within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Email care@greenuss.com with your order number and preferred replacement. Exchanges are processed as a return plus a fresh order; any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Warranty Coverage
Select products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is stated on the product page and packaging — typically 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase.
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim:
- Email care@greenuss.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs
- Our team will review the claim within 3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or repair
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover: consumable products, damage caused by accident or misuse, products with tampered serial numbers, normal wear and tear, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
