Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) — 2–3 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities — 4–6 business days
- Remote areas & Northeast India — 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for select pin codes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email or visit the courier partner’s website to track your shipment in real time.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try up to 2 more times. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to our warehouse. Contact care@greenuss.com to arrange re-delivery; additional charges may apply.
